unsafefuture4u hi1My son tried to go in today and they are closed two more days per week, which is not on their website. Why are you closed Tuesday and Thursday??? Horrible location that does not provide service to customers. We have banked with BOA for over 20 years but are seriously thinking of switching Would give no stars if I could. Went today to the drive thru and was told to go to another location to get cash. What is a bank for but to be able to have access to your money??? She finally gave me cash from the wrong account (checking when requested savings withdrawal) she was rude and was obviously not paying attention to customers. Horrible experience. Have been with bank of america for over 20 years and expect better service.

F G3This review is regarding the specific location not the company itself. Helpful staff. Very friendly. Careful entering and exiting the parking lot. Might scrape the bottom of your vehicle. Small location so I wouldn't recommend bringing the entire family just to get a cashiers check. The atm outside isn't covered so be wary during rainy days, your checks or bills or you may get wet.

anne maier1If I could give this branch negative stars, I would. Mom just moved up from TX, where she’d had Bank of America for decades, and was very satisfied with her branch’s personalized service. This branch refused to service her account without verifying her identity with a PIN to her phone. She is elderly and doesn’t text. They would not accept a government-issued photo ID, and was told that her ID is for driving, not identification. (Her ID actually IS for identification only, and not a driver’s license.) Based on this level of rude and unreasonable interaction, it seems like this branch is looking to be shut down. After decades of holding this account, I will be helping her to close her account and go to another bank.

Kolt Byerly1Absolutely terrible. Thieves. I deposited $500 cash, the machine malfunctioned, I filed a claim, and they only “found” $158 of it. Will be going there in the morning, filing a police report and sueing if I have to.

t blish1Long lines. Lots of really really slow old customers. Not properly staffed. Lobby is closed most of the time... time to change banks. And BOA doesnt even care. It looks in the banking market like the whole banking sector of BOA is about to fold.

Brant Boyd1This location is NEVER open. Good luck getting access to your safety deposit box or being able to drive up to a drive through window to interact with a teller. Fat chance that will happen. BoA you need to get your head out of your rear end before I take my business elsewhere.

Anna Roberts2We had to open an account here because my husbands job transfers his pay here from another BOA in Kansas. Since we've opened it we notice when you get money from an ATM you are charged an ATM fee + the bank charges an additional ATM fee on top of the first fee so you're paying twice unless you use a BOA ATM. Then they charge an overdraft fee ($35.00) on pending charges. If there's anyway to rob you, they will!! The employees have always been nice and helpful so that's no problem. This location is very small and hard to get in and out of and there's no coverage over the ATM in the drive thru. If we didn't have to bank here we wouldn't, it's better to go somewhere else!

Peggy Hill1So does the Yukon branch just think they are better than everyone and decide to close for 12 months, and be only open when they pick and choose? I’m guessing? Because this location has been closed since basically beginning of 2020.. they leave the atm open but what if you need an actual person? Leaving us to drive out of the way to do something simple. We are changing banks. BOA Yukon SUCKS.
