      This company is incredible, I've worked with them for 18 years. They've been with me in hard times and good times, always compassionate, always ethical and always caring. Janet, the receptionist is nothing but kind, considerate, thoughtful and supportive. I would recommend Johnson and McClintock to anyone!

      Called to cancel, the receptionist was rude and hung up. She didn't even ask my name. I would not recommend this place based on the rudeness of the receptionist. She was nice when the appointment was made. But beware if you need to cancel!

Actually, I heard the conversation and I thought that he handled your call with courtesy and professionalism. The reason she didn't ask your name was because she knew who was scheduled for that evening. I have heard her handle thousand of calls and have never been disappointed with her manner and approach.
