  If I could give this branch a 0 I would . I was racially profiled by a women of my own ethnicity group which is black ! I am beyond upset . I had a rather large check that I was trying to deposit in which was written to me by my personal attorneys and she questioned me why I was in that branch area when my license say I live in Another area. I asked her hat the relevance of he question , when one that’s not her business 2 the check is one of pnc checks She refused to cash my check. I am just livid I am ready to just take my business else where. To make a long story short I went over to another branch in maple heights and they was very respectful and kind . I was not under the impression that I should only go to a certain branch that is limited to my neighborhood.

  Penny forced me to come into the bank in person (she insisted the drive thru would not be acceptable) for something the teller later told me was completely unnecessary. This would usually be just an inconvenience but during the pandemic it is a life threatening mistake.

  Penny was extremely rude!! 11/13 -I called in for information on how to close my safe deposit box. She was very short with me, giving me lots of "I don't know" answers. Twice she told me that I'd have to call 888-PNC-BANK, they'd be able to help me there. It seemed as if there was something more important that needed her attention with the way that she continuously tried to dismiss me. I apologized for taking up her time and then called the call center. I took about 10 minutes to get a representative. When I did get a live agent she let me know that all safety deposit box issues had to be handled at a branch level. I then called the branch back. Kelly answered and after letting her know that I had just spoken to Penny, she told me to just come in. Maybe they were all busy. This would explain the attitude and the shortness. I arrived at the bank around 3:30pm, I walked up to the counter, I said hi, the woman behind the desk said hi (no smile, no pleasant PNC greeting, no "how can I help you". I received the same dry service that I received on the phone. The woman (Penny) at the counter responded "hi?" I went on to give my reason for being there. She asked me if I had called earlier. I said yes. She proceeded to ask me the same questions that she'd asked me on the phone. My answers hadn't changed. A woman walked in and sat down. She excused herself and walked over to the woman, she greeted her politely, asked her what she needed and let her know that she'd be right with her. 🤔🤔 hmmm..."Wow" was the only thing that entered my mind. She never walked me to my box to confirm that it was empty. I didn't think that I had anything there but I wasn't sure. She let me know that she didn't have the paper that I needed to sign to authorize the $15 fee for the second key and that I'd have to return in 2 days when her manager was in. She barely made eye contact, she was rude, and this experience has changed my views on PNC bank.

  Recently had an issue with our account. I can not belive how helpful the staff and management of this PNC branch was. I would highly reccomend this branch and PNC as a bank

  Another great PNC! Everyone is always kind, cheerful, and helpful. Coffee is good too ☕️
