  Horrible company trying to con any one they can. Yes they are polite and yes they will put you in a vehicle when no one else will, at what expense? Two vehicles in six months that were both unreliable and left myself and my children stranded a couple of times in sub zero temps. Yes Ford sent tows for the vehicles and yes they paid for repairs. We however made our payments on time and tried to be understanding with them being used vehicles and all but we did the math and we were with out transportation more than we were with and when paying those prices its just not worth it. They wrote off one vehicle it was so bad put us in the other only to have us return it within thirty days because of problems with its motor. Now johnson county auto is trying to screw us. Don't get your vehicles from them you'll have better luck on craigslist.

  Got me in a car after being told no everywhere, and they worked with me even when I lost my job! They've really helped me build my credit, and I've been in my Pontiac Sunfire for a year now! Really a good place to go if you're serious about turning your credit around and establishing good payment history.

  Hmmm... I really wish there was a 0 star option. The staff that works here is beyond rude & they clearly are not well trained. They act like you are bothering them if you call in to ask any kind of questions! IT'S YOUR JOB! You literally get paid to do this. It seriously takes the girls 2 minutes (yes, 120 seconds) to answer simple yes or no questions. Illiterate & uneducated... to make matters worse, they go & sell my lein to freaking Auto Now... the whole point of the car loan was to open a line of credit that WAS NOT through a "buy here, pay here" establishment so my payments would actually get reported & help me credit. JCAC sold my lein 5 months ago. my credit report shows this loan account closed out & paid off, yet Auto Now has continued to draft my payments. I won't even get started on how much more rude THEIR staff is (can you believe that?) than JCAC... now Auto Now is trying to tell me it's OK that my credit report doesn't show them "yet" because it can take "several months" to start showing a line of credit. It's been 5 months?! all a disaster that got started by JCAC with their poor customer service by selling my lein to an even crappier financial institution than themselves...

  My girl friend went there to purchase a car after she had been receiving calls from them ,they said they could put her in something with no money down.She was excited and she finally went to their lot along with her co worker(regretfully I didn't go thinking this was a reputable dealership)So she brings the car home, excited she calls me out to see it and from a distance I see this little red coupe got closer to it and noticed the condition of the body some rust along the bottom of the door and the paint was faded and spotted the front spoiler was cracked and scuffed then the interior matched the exterior condition seats were dirty and ripped along with the dash that was all cracked up you could lift sections out with your finger and the glove box had to be pried open because the handle was broken and missing once I was able to get into the glove box I found all of the previous owners paperwork no doubt they had done nothing to this car so its time for tags and we take the car for an inspection and yelp you got it wouldn't pass the mechanic said it needed brakes and wiper blades she also had to replace the starter but thats not all when she was looking at the car the salesman told her that the engine was new we later found out from another guy working there that the motor was not new and that the heads were only replaced on top of all that she was never given what ever you call that piece of paper thats normally posted in the window Im starting to hear the lifters rattle the car was sold to her for 10,000 its a 2000 eclipse the car had 143000 miles what do you think? Can you say screwed this car is only worth between 800 1000 in that condition kelly blue book beware of wolves in sheeps clothing

  This company charged me an extra 6000 dollars for a car thats worth 1100 dollars 21%interest rate and they dont even offer Gap insurance. I have had major problems with this car got it from Shawnee mission ford there crooks as well to every body .STAY AWAY FROM THEM CALLBTHE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU AND REPORT THEM .

  The staff here is the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent group of people I've ever dealt with in my life. Stay away from them. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I will be refinancing my car so I no longer have to deal with the headache of these bitter, incompetent, pieces of trash management.

  Gave me financing when no one else would. Let me make payment arrangements when needed and were always understanding when things came up. Overall good experience for good people trying to get back on their feet!!!

  It's unfortunate that the staff here is so rude here. They seriously need to reconsider customer service training and any possible personality classes available. Poor excuse for a financial institute.
