  Mike originally helped us in purchasing our home, and just recently helped us refinance while rates were almost at a historic low. Both experiences have been so easy and seamless that I would have a hard time working with anyone else and recommend him to any of my friends in the market. All along the process he walks you through it without making it too complicated, and you will never feel like he doesn't have your best interest in mind. Even prior to deciding he explained in detail the process, the outcome, he ran numbers for us multiple times and we never felt pressured, or pushed, he made sure we were absolutely comfortable and would not move forward without our blessing. Him, and his team are always kind, and personable, and willing to answer questions or concerns at the drop of a hat. He's a good guy, professional, but down to earth, and I have never seen him without a smile on this face. I could go on and on, but just know that you will not regret calling him for mortgage help.   You will NOT regret using mike to help buy your home. He worked with us from the beginning, from being approved then the year changing and with it rules changing and no longer qualifying and having to re-do everything to get us qualified for our loan. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get what we needed and wanted. He kept in regular contact (and still does!) and even helped us be informed about refinancing and when it was beneficial for us to do so. It is something we wouldn't have thought about or known when it was possible if it wasn't for Mike keeping tabs on us and caring about us as a client. Through our re-finance process he was there at every turn, whether it was paperwork he was in charge of or not. We never felt out of the loop or forgotten. Mike and his staff are the best to work with, and will make sure you are taken care of.

Mike's team made the entire process as simple and easy-to-understand as possible.   If you don't deal with these guys, you will miss out on a great experience. I have never worked with a team in this industry who is more responsive, professional or has more knowledge. This team is extremely efficient. The best part- they answer the phone. What a novel concept. I was seriously impressed by all aspects of working with them. I cannot say enough. Don't make a mistake by working with an on line company or national loan company. Get the local experience you need - Mike and his team will make it easy.
