  Once again John Slye made buying a home an incredibly smooth and easy experience. We've had the pleasure of working with John and his team for over 25 years but this was by far the most complicated purchase. We needed to complete the deal with less than 5 weeks between application and final closing. We first received an approval letter the same day we applied. Once our offer was accepted we answered a few additional questions, provided W-2's and before we knew it John, Felicia and team had everything in place.   My husband and I bought our first house with a need to renovate extensively prior to inhabiting the property. We met John Slye with a bank that helped us secure a construction loan. By the time we were ready to close with a conventional 30 year fixed rate mortgage, John Slye had moved on to a more trustworthy bank and we followed him there. He has been nothing but the most helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive bank representative and he has gone on to help our friends' with their homes. As of this month he lead us through the refinancing process (due to lower interest rates available) and took great care in reviewing our finances to recommend the best way forward. With this transaction we will save a lot of interest without placing stress on our finances, all the while with a plan to pay off our loan years in advance. John Slye is completely honest in all of our dealings over almost a decade and we highly recommend him.

  Not only did John Slye make our refinance easy, he did it quickly, too.
