  I Respect , employees' lunch time. What happened is this: Customer service Poonch extends her hand to help a customer in front of me (Minority) , unfortunately the customer responds waiting for the other customer service agent for whatever reason which i do not know. The next person that is me , Poonch did not extend her hand to help me instead she put the sign "NEXT CUSTOMER SERVICE " and remain silent . Wait a min , why she did not put the sign before ? Is Bank of America has a problem with Minorities and why the boss looking this remain silent ?

  This bank no doubt small but great service...But unfortunately rude customers who dosent want to do a simple thing online so they come to the bank and waste time and yell . Great manager very helpful indeed .

  If I could give them a zero I would. Changed hours an did not post on door or online then manager was rude when I was upset. Looking to reach out to corporate asap

  Terrible service and no matter when I go in there is always lots of people waiting on one bank teller and every other worker in here not doing anything to help out. I am late to open my store everyday that I have to come here due to the slow service and lack of bank tellers.

  Came here to close my account and everyone was very polite and no one tried to convince me to stay, which i appreciate. I was also seeing right away and receives excellent customer service.

  Horrendous service. This place has really gone down hill. 3 teller's and 2 managers and cant get competent assistance from any of them. I will be changing banks soon.

  They had one teller so service was slow. When the financial assistant came to help the teller, he was condescending and pedantic. Very unprofessional to treat customers in this way.

  Rude customer service. Minimal staff that do not address customer needs or issues. Worst branch I have been to thus far.
