This office was a dissatisfaction to me! I did my taxes with them last year and I won’t go back there after such a negative experience. I made the initial appointment with John the accountant per my friend recommendations. I went there and instead of meeting John I meet a girl who was an assistant and not certified she seemed in training. No one told me that but I decided to gave the girl a chance. We did not match I could not follow anything she was saying and she did not sound too confident and was looking things up. So I asked if I can meet with accountant-John as was supposed to. That year many things were new and different for me I had some changes so I wanted to make sure I understand things and that was done right. I specifically asked her if I had to pay extra for that and she said no because I paid already the fee. So after waiting another week for an appointment to meet with John he came out very grumpy and said I have to sign the papers and pay $50 in addition to $125 that I paid because I requested him. He was very rude and no personality whatsoever. I did not get to go over the taxes everything was printed as it was when I left. I felt uncomfortable and could not not say much because i was a little shaken of how careless he was. If I knew that maybe I would’ve not proceeded further with the taxes. The whole thing was upsetting from setting me up with a different person without making it clear to raising the price last minute. I won’t be rich with $50 and neither will you. You may have some reputation as a senior accountant but the unfairness and negativity that i got from your office does not make you a good professional.

I'm all for helping local businesses especially now during a pandemic. My uncle has done his business here probably longer than I've been alive and so when I turned 18 I started doing my taxes here. I've never had any issues whether John or others at the office have done my taxes until this year. I usually get charged between $50-85 this year full well seeing I am now unemployed I get charged $150 for just dropping my info off, not even a full appointment and I just cannot respect that. I will be looking elsewhere.

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. This year, I updated my banking account information and informed the accountants about this change. I gave my new information to their accountants’ multiple times – twice over the phone, via email and also uploaded a screenshot to their online portal. Later, I received an update from the IRS stating that my refund could not be processed electronically, so I checked my tax return on their online portal and saw that my BANK NAME had been changed, but not the account numbers. I called the office and received multiple excuses on how it may have slipped through the cracks. Although I have already paid for the 2019 tax preparation services, the services were not complete. It is unfortunate to entrust someone to complete a job with accuracy, and instead it being done haphazardly. After all these years, I won’t be coming back here for tax preparation.
