  The bank teller was really courteous, respectful and fast helping me. I Needed to use the restroom and he immediately stepped away fron his work station and show me where the way around the building, it’s Large and restrooms are far from the bank.

  Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Terence Horsley. He assisted me with replacing my card and answering many questions i had. It was a comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. This is the type of customer service we seek and finally, I found a great branch. I highly recommend the Bordentown branch

  This bank is slightly under staffed however the employees are very friendly! There are times when I can't use the ATM, I have to go in and see a teller and if there's 4 or 5 people in line you could be looking at 20 to 30 minutes depending on what those people have to do. But when it's your turn up to the window they never make you feel rushed which is what I really appreciate! They're also extremely patient with my elderly mother-in-law which is essential now that she's so fragile. Thank you BOA!

  Came here on the weekend and the line does not move. Last straw with keeping boa as my bank. Switching yo chase.

  This is my favorite location. The staff is hard working and they still manage to be friendly with a personal touch. They follow all the covid regulations.and I feel very safe when I visit this branch.

  I had several areas I needed expertise in and everyone jump referred me to to the person who could held me. Some of my issues were at a work level. And truruely not worth, life matters that's all...
