  We used Veridian for our home mortgage in Spring 2020. We applied with a former mortgage company and online companies first. Veridian gave us the best interest rate. This is the 4th home in 23 years that we have purchased and the experience was great. We worked with a local person, but all communications were done online or by phone. We never felt judged if we didn't understand something and never felt rushed or pressured. We had a good experience with John Moore and Veridian. I have banked with Veridian for at least 10 years and have always been pleased with their service and good manners.

  As first time homebuyers, my wife and I really appreciated John's help in our home buying process. John and Hollie's communication was excellent! They clearly laid out what we needed to do to close on our house, and they offered guidance when we had questions about the process. Veridian's homebuyers seminar educated us on the different mortgage types and terminology we might read or hear. Veridian's rates & mortgage processing turnaround are excellent. Nothing I can think of to improve. Thanks so much, John!

  I love banking with Veridian Credit Union!! In every aspect of selecting a bank, they have always exceeded my expectations! I work very long days and having a bank that is open at certain branches on Saturday (all day) and also on Sunday is fantastic! Also, with financing my home, I really enjoyed working through the process with John Moore at Veridian. I have called him on occasion over the last few years with financial questions. So it was a no-brainer to give him a call when I was wanting a traditional loan for my home. He kept me informed throughout the process and was always willing to explain anything that I might not understand. As a woman purchasing a home alone, I felt very comfortable from start to finish!
