  For us to give return business to anyone says a lot in and of itself. We were blessed to find John when we originally purchased our home, so naturally during the pandemic economy, we took advantage of the low rates to refi and shorten our term. John is the most pleasant professional to work with. He is patient and will explain the entire home buying process to you, which is a nightmare to begin with. I was so shocked that he not only remembered us 4 years later, but remembered details about our home and our original loan as well. We trusted John so much that, on our refi, we told him to take his time and let us know when he thought was a good time for us. It was nice to have that headache off my shoulders and to just sit back and let him control the process. With John, you can be as involved as you want from start to finish. Either way, he definitely looks out for his customers. He is the GOAT. Thanks for everything, John!

  John is just the most amazing loan officer I've ever worked with. He's also just an amazing, honest, and caring human being. Extremely knowledgeable as well!!!! My husband and I closed on our second home late last year, and John went so above and beyond to help us get things done. I think we would've just thrown in the towel if it weren't for him talking us through and giving us updates. He was always there to give an answer to any of my millions of questions. He never had an attitude or seemed like I was bothering him. Trust me, I contacted him A LOT!!! I have definitely been recommending John to everyone I know that is looking for a new home or trying to refinance their current one. My husband and I will never forget John and his team. We feel so blessed to have had him in our corner during everything. I also want to give an honorable mention to Teresa Poovey. She was also just so nice and helpful.   John has been so easy to talk to and work with, he has been so helpful throughout the whole process of buying a house. This was my first time and he has been so patient and explained things so I would understand exactly what was going on. I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else as he was just like having a good friend helping you along the way night or day.
