  I found them on the Internet and scheduled a meeting to review my company / personal tax returns from the prior years and talk to them about my current company tax situation. I scheduled through email and quickly got a response back. (I had emailed a couple places and this is the only one that actually returned my email). I scheduled a time to meet with them. When I arrived, I met with John Hoff and we discussed my current situation and what he needed to take over my taxes and help me with other financial needs. I must say that I was very impressed and that he has made the transition very simple and easy and I feel full confidence in his services and vast knowledge about finances. Everyone I have met there has been extremely helpful and polite. If anyone still needs to get their taxes done, or needs advise for their business this is definitely a phone call you need make.   John misunderstood a pretty simple email detailing international income that cost us an extra $4,000 in tax liability. When I caught his mistake in March 2020 I emailed him, and followed up with a phone call shortly after when I didn't hear back from him. He actually pretended to not be in the office to avoid talking to me when it was clear from how his assistant spoke that he was there. Later that day he emailed back and said he'd misinterpreted the information but we'd file an amended return. With the IRS being the way it's been, we've now gone 14 months without the IRS processing the amended return. John crawled under a rock not long after creating the amended return and does not respond to emails, has no interest in following up with the IRS, and doesn't seem to take any responsibility for costing us four grand. He got paid, that's all that matters. If you want to hire a grown man who runs from his mistakes go ahead.

  John Hoff and his family owned and operated business has been taking care of our CPA needs going on 20 years. He is great to work with. He keeps up with new and existing tax laws insuring a very thorough understanding to financially benefit familiy and business needs. I had recently relocated out of state. John is still my CPA and had no problems with dealiing with a multi-state filings. Definately recommend.

  For us this was a bait and switch outfit. It was a poor experience. Gave our 1099's to an assistant who missed 3 of the 1099's completely which means we would have under reported our income which would have led to who knows what. Promised one pricing and in the end in was 40% higher. A kind of dismissive outfit. You are just a number.
