  Hannah gave us the best customer service imaginable during a difficult situation when we switched over companies. She got the problem handled by going above and beyond to make sure the situation was taken care of and did not stop until it was resolved. Switching to State Farm under her was the best decision we could have made!

  When I tell you the staff at this State Farm location is awesome especially Ms.Melissa. I have never met this young lady but when I tell you she goes over and beyond to go that extra mile this is your girl.   Melissa is Awesome!!!She has excellent customer service. I had an issue with my claim and Melissa went over and beyond to get answers for me. She’s the reason I’ve stayed with State Farm all these years.   Melissa is awesome! My family was switched to John Fisher’s office from a previous agent. She reviewed every policy and made changes to the car policies giving me better coverage (and refunds). She updated the home owner’s policy as well, and she encouraged me to take the Safe Drivers course online for additional discounts. In just the short time I have been a customer, Melissa and John Fisher State Farm have helped my family more than the last two SF agents combined.   I was in the midst of transferring my auto policy and auto tag from Tennessee to Georgia and I was needing to get a new affordable auto policy through State Farm. Unfortunately I was needing to get the policy enacted on a Saturday?!? Well, John and Melissa were moving from their old offices to a new office that very day?!? Melissa stopped moving the office and set up her laptop and wrote me a policy, then enacted it for midnight that very night!! They really went out of their way to help me to get the new policy in place before I had to transfer my auto tags on Monday morning!! They really saved me today!! I highly recommend John Fisher State Farm Insurance in Monticello, Georgia!! They definitely look out for their insured and ones that are getting insurance!! A++++++++++++++
