  The easiest, friendliest and fastest remortgage application ever! I have used John Farrell for years now with my home mortgages, and now his team's service is above and beyond all expectations. He was very honest with me, his team answered all my questions that I had, and guided me through the problem questions. The program itself is soooo much easier, with downloads on the site, so it is accepted straight away. I think my remortgage from start to finish took me less than three weeks.   John and his team (Lily and Brooke) go the extra mile every step of the way. They were always available to answer our never ending questions as we considered different loan strategies.   John and his team are fantastic. I have used John’s services for over 10 years, both for new home purchases (more than once) as well as multiple refinances and his rates, service, and overall customer experience are unparalleled. He always provides the best rates, but it is more than that. He is knowledgeable, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. His team is the same. Lily is superb, always there to answer a question, explain a form, or quickly address a concern (which aren’t common in the first place). Brooke was also super helpful and easy to work with. All in all, I can’t speak highly enough of John, Lily, Brooke and the entire team. I’ve referred them to family and friends over the years who have all had the same excellent experience. I just finished another successful refinance with them and have absolute confidence I will do so again in the future. They are by far the best mortgage team!

  This will be the second time I've turned to John Farrell and his team for advice and to secure a home loan. John, Brooke and Lily are so professional, knowledgeable and helpful and they make you feel like an old friend. The process went seamlessly and quickly. I had an offer in and accepted on the 3rd of the month and closed escrow 30 days later with not a hitch or hiccup. John has kept in contact over the years and it felt safe and right to seek him out for this new purchase.   John is absolutely amazing to work with! Not a single detail was overlooked. We had such a smooth loan process with John. A new construction home purchase comes with so many working pieces and a lengthy escrow. John handled it all with speed and class. I would absolutely send my friends and family to John.
