      RJ and his team did a great job re-financing my loan. I am self-employed and Rancho Vista took care of the original loan, which was not easy to do at that time and now just re-financed me into a better loan. Being self-employed makes it very difficult sometimes to get a good loan and the process can be excruciating. RJ made it so easy. Highly recommend, especially if you are not a traditional W2 employee.

      I have been dealing with them since 10 September 2021. The gentlemen ask me to spend him copies of certain pieces of paperwork and I did. Here at is the 12th of October and still no replys yet. I have also made several phone calls with no return calls. Makes me wonder if this company is legit.

      He will lie and steal. Especially RJ. They inflate the fees, roll it into the loan and say he’s saving you money. Do not trust him.

      Constantly cold calling to refinance. When asked to remove my number they said "no". I'm guessing there a far better organizations to do business with.
