  Not helpful with claims,had to pay out of pocket for an accident that wasn't my fault. They did nothing to help me, l had to do their job,calling adjusters and tracking information. Very poor service!

  The staff at Sebak Insurance Agency, especially Angel Mauro have always been courteous and very helpful and provide great service. I always ask to speak with Ms. Mauro when I call the agency as I am sure of receiving prompt attention and the correct responses to my concerns. I have been a customer of this agency for well over 20 years and Ms. Mauro has always been there to assist me with whatever concerns I may have.

  I've been with Erie insurance since I was 16 years old. I'm 63. and would not change . John and his father and sisters help me since I was a young kid. My whole family goes there and I would never change a thing. his father and his sisters help me ever since I was a little kid. Fabulous insurance agency to deal with

  I have been using John Sebak's Agency since 2003 and fortunately have not had to use the auto or home insurance very many times. This past year has been quite the roller-coaster ride with our vehicles due to some unfortunate events... John and his staff made themselves available at all times of the day for us and helped us get through some very stressful times! John and his Staff truly care about their clients and client's families!

She not only answered all questions but was able to immediately set up an insurance policy within a few minutes along with a very reasonable price quote.
