  Painless process and I like the automatic emails telling me where I am in process. His team is great in letting me know the options open to me. The loan completed quickly compared to others. Overall, great experience. John and his team are the best.

  I wish I can say that John Nuebel helped me with my loan needs, that is far from the truth hear! He claimed I was approved! No approval letter ever sent! Removed himself from my case, because he and my agent didn’t agree on something?! John is not good at being responsive, resourceful, professional, informative or communicative to me or my realtor! If you have a complicated situation Don’t inquire with John! Thanks for the roller coaster ride, John!!

It just so happened to be at the peak of the refinance rush, and while I reached out to a couple other people I've worked with in the past, John got back to me within minutes, crunched some numbers, and had me locked in at an amazing rate by the end of day.
