  Citywide was incredible to work with. They did everything in a timely manner and even made it possible for me to close early. They were attentive each day and made sure that all of my questions were answered. They were very personable and truly cared about me and my purchase. I highly recommend them to anybody that would want to get a loan. Joel Stice is especially good to work with.

  Joel is the best. He is great to work with, he got me an insanely good rate, and he explained the whole process clearly and thoroughly (and very nicely handled all of my dumb questions!). He also has a great team that moved all of the documents along smoothly and kept everything on track. It was easy, painless, and I got the best rate I could’ve imagined. Highly recommend.

  I’ve done a couple of home loans and refinances and used multiple lenders. Joel has been head and shoulders the best. He’s honest and makes the process very simple. He fielded questions from me late at night, while he was on vacation with his family, and any other time I needed help. There was also a time that I thought I wanted to refinance and he told me it did not make sense instead of just letting me do it to make a commission. I will never use anyone else and I have referred 5-6 others that have used him and would agree with everything I’ve said. Don’t go anywhere else.

  Joel was absolutely awesome to work with! Our financial situation with all of our businesses are extremely complex. The required work that Joel and his team had to complete in order facilitate our loan was very difficult and time consuming. I’m not sure anyone other than Joel would have been up to the task.
