  I never give reviews and don't want to really give this one. Since you are asking for feedback I would like to give you this. Communication was what I was missing. I really hope that in the future you guys can push to give your clients some updates a little more frequently. I felt like my loan was hardly worked on til last minute and things went wrong. Emails could of been returned a little quicker or if I had a questions. If I wouldn't get a response I would call days later and felt like I was bugging the ladies sometimes. If someone asked me for documents I didn't know if they ever got it cause alot of times I never got confirmation so I email again a couple days later to make sure they got it. It wasn't all the time but its so stressful buying a house that just attention can go along way.

  Working with Jeff is always a pleasure. Honest, and hard working, Jeff always looks out for his clients. I have known Jeff for more than 15 years and he takes customer service to the next level. I can't think of anyone I would trust more.

  Jordan Hodges goes out of his way to make the mortgage and refinance experience an excellent one. The process is done with ease and convenience and in no time you have everything completed with the lowest rate available. He is proactive and friendly. Highly recommend!

  Hands down the best place i've ever gone for home loans and refinancing. Bruce Stephens is honestly the best and makes the whole process super easy!!! He also finds ways to get you the best rate if something comes up. I've used him on 3 homes now and will until he's in the business.

  My experience was incredible. Reagan made my and my wife feel like he truly cares about what we were comfortable with and giving us the best advice for the future. This was our first time buying a house and he walked us (held our hand) through the entire process. Jalene was also amazing answering every question I had even all the weird ones. I would highly recommend using CityWide for your home purchases.
