  We closed June 7, but prior to this Joel and his team did a fantastic job keeping this process easy and obtainable. I wasn’t too easy to work with but Joel and Elvia helped out a lot. Keeping my numbers where I wanted them helping me through all my questions and dealing with me even on the weekends. If you are wondering if you can trust this man with your house and your numbers YOU CAN !! Great job Joel and thank you so much for making my first home experience memorable.

  Joel was great he worked with our special situation we had we thought we might not get the house of my wife dreams but at the end of the day he told us to stay cool and that we would close on the house and get it, they were some nervous moments but at the end he came through thank you again.
