  Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with! He communicated very well from start to finish and was very responsive whenever I had any questions.   Joe was very easy to work with. He provided quick responses to all questions and was available at basically anytime of the day or night. This was my second mortgage and I cannot believe how easy and smooth the process was compared to the first mortgage. If I ever need to move again, I will use Joe and look nowhere else.

  Joe Gallo made the home loan process easy and seamless. He is very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all my questions with timely responses and follow through. Fairway Mortgage Company has a convenient way to view and sign documents through their electronic portal system. I only needed to print a few documents that required a wet signature. All other documents were accessible via their portal system. Great customer service! I highly recommend both Joe Gallo as a loan officer and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.

  I couldn't believe the difference in knowledge and service after originally seeking a prequalification from my current bank (Wells Fargo). After sending a few documents to him, I was given a form stating I was qualified that night, all while still waiting from the first one from the bank. I am very pleased with Joe and his promptness and very grateful to have been referred to him.
