  Kelly was amazing. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. She always answered my phone calls or returned them immediately. I can’t say enough about her knowledge and professionalism. If she wasn’t able to provide answers to my questions she put me in contact with someone with the knowledge to address my concerns.   I had the pleasure to have Kelly Gough as my loan officer for buying my first home in Richmond, VA. Kelly was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying a home. She was very knowledgeable and detailed throughout each step of the way. We were able to close within 30 days which assisted in the sellers accepting my offer.   Kelly was excellent! She was thorough when going through the loan estimate and honored the rates they quoted me when I decided to lock my rate, even though those rates had increased in the brief time gap between the when the rates were quoted and when they were locked. I was concerned at first that, since this would all be online, and because the rates were so good (most competitive among the 6 different home loaners I checked out), they wouldn't deliver on time, or that the loan estimate would increase in the end. I was surprised on both counts: loan was approved a full 10 days before signing, and the loan estimate came in right where they made their first estimate. Great team, great rates, great agent. Thanks Kelly!

  Kelly was so helpful and positive during the refinancing process. She did a great job at getting us a great rate and lower payment. We were also able to payoff our bills, purchase new flooring an buy new kitchen appliances. I am so glad we decided to refinance!
