  I was putting off doing a refi because my last several experiences were not pleasant. My son recommended Jodi and it was the best recommendation I could have received. Jodi is so pleasant to work with. She is very responsive either through phone, email or text. The process was so easy and painless. She kept me appraised every step of the way. I would highly recommend using Jodi for any real estate financing.

  After my experience working with Jodi Conner it got me inspired to write my first review. I will keep it simple and sweet. Jodi was a joy to work with, plus she knows her stuff. She just gets it, and gets things done. Personally I would recommend anyone considering purchasing a home anywhere from Rancho Santa Fa to Alpine to give her a shout. 5 stars!!!

  We looked into many ways to lower our monthly mortgage payment such as building an ADU. Our goal was to get our payment to the place if one of us passed the other would be able to live comfortably in the house. We were directed by a friend to contact Jodi and we could not be more satisfied with the results. Jodi is a motivated hard worker that is very knowledgeable in her field. She moved quickly with all of the required data to get our loan approved and funded. The whole process took less than a month and we are saving over $1000 dollars a month on our payments. If you are looking to refinance call Jodi she will not disappoint.

  Jodi was amazing! She is pleasant, patient and kind! She made my refi experience so easy. We had a challenging refi and she got it done. I had tried to do it myself a couple years ago and got denied. So I was soooo happy!! The process with her went so smoothly. And she was able to handle any issues that came up immediately. She got a us great interest rate and quick turn around time. Jodi answered all my questions right away, and updated me daily about the status of my loan. She gets an A+++ from me. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed! I will use her for all my lending needs from now on! Thank you again Jodi!!
