  Worthless company I do not recommend . they not supposed sell your important information to somebody else .that person call me I got all the information I just need your account number to give you a loan with a $15,000 sound like he was waiting for me and he was listening to me when I was at the bank two days before The incident and then he took the $3000 from a bank account . Don’t open a Bank account at this company . Do not recommend it ..

  Worst banking system in San Diego County. Worst customer service, and even worse and giving you answer questions regarding your own account. If your board one day try there phone system out great hold music even after you speak to a rep, they just keep dumping you on hold 30 plus minutes and then you'll find yourself talking to a 3rd party not even part of the banking system you even called

  Went to open a checking and savings account. without an appointment, i was seen within 20 min. Lady Mangubat helped me figure out the certificate accounts, online banking, and explained SDCCU's foreign transaction fees. she was very patient, friendly, and was courteous enough to keep me updated on the wait time as i sat in the lobby. thank you for the help! my experience was stress free!

  Have recently had problems with some apparent fraud on an account, which was satisfactorily resolved. I can't thank Manager, Michell, or Heather or Nicole enough. Great staff.!

  Opened an account online and they took my opening deposit out of my other checking account. When I went in to see if I could get a debit card they told me they refused to open an account for me because I had 2 bills in collections. Why did you take my money out? Apparently their strict requirements are causing them to loose business as everyone I know has at least one problem on their credit. I do not recommend a company that doesn't even try to work with you.

  Stopped by today without an appointment to take care of some business related to real estate. Cody B assisted with the paperwork. He was great! Could not have been more helpful and answered all my questions about the transaction. Super customer service, Thanks Cody!!

  Very poor customer service. The manger is so lazy and didn't do her job to communicate with customers as she have to. I will close my account and move somewhere else. The claim to be the best credit union in the county and I am not sure what's the meaning of the word "best" in their dictionary!

  I've almost always had a great experience with SDCCU and this location is no exception. It is a massive building, well staffed, and I had excellent customer service from Jodi.

  During a situation involving identity theft SDCCU agents gave me wrong information and the bank manager not only refused to release my direct deposit after my account had been fraudulently used, but also the bank us charging me fees for translations that I never authorised. Even after filing a police report about tube fraud and identity theft SDCCU won't make things right. They're victimizing me just as badly as the thrives. Not only would I not recommend SDCCU, but the sheriffs deputy said he's heard this before with them and even he wouldn't use them. Shame on SDCCU for victimizing their customers instead of protecting them.
