  I do not recommend this place. Please be very careful if you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership because they have a communication issue. After I signed the contract I found out that the vehicle had an accident on record. Then I was told that my credit institution was Capital One but then I find out that it wasn’t. I found out about this when the paperwork came in the mail. As if that wasn’t enough, little after a month I find out that I have to pay registration fees because supposedly that was not included in the transaction but no one thought that it was important to let me know . The only thing they tell me is that it’s their fault for not informing me but there is nothing they can do.

  I have to say by far the best choice for buying a new Toyota . First of all I set up a appointment online for 10:15 I showed up @ 9:30 to check out the selection they have a very good selection. At 10:00 I was greated by Ron the internet sales manager with a warm smile and a handshake. Bother the cars were washed and ready to go for the test drive.We took out a 4runner than a Rav4 loved the 4runner felt like a truck. But Ron explained the pros and cons of each vehicle and after the test drives I selected the Rav4 hybrid between him and Victoria financing was a snap and after the sale was completed Victoria walked me through the pairing of my phone and all the bell a whistle's that come with the car. Great experience !

  Heads up at Jimmy Vasser dealerships. They're great at closing the sale, but after that it's, "screw you". Over at Vasser Chevrolet, I've been battling them to get a refund on the pro ration of the extended warranty and gap insurance that I'm owed PER CALIFORNIA LAW. (It's Napa) I first attemped communication via snail mail in October, still no refund or communication regarding my request and its now February 11th. After a brief phone call, it appears they think WHITE PRIVILEGE precludes them from having to follow the law. .... At least that's been my experience.

  We have purchased 2 cars this year from Ron & Victoria! They are the very best of the very best! I was treated as if I was their # 1 customer. Ron has impeccable response time and Victoria is just the kindest sweetest gal around! This was absolutley the very best car buying experience of our lives! I Highly recommend Ron & Victoria !!

  I called in to make an appointment for the car I was looking for. Luckily, the car was not sold when I got there. Ron and Victoria helped me out with the sale and were very genuine. The only knock was the amount of time it took for the final transaction. The finance department was backed up with many transactions that evening. Overall, it was a good experience. Drop a star b/c I didn't receive my plates after the temp plates expired.. someone dropped the ball there. I had to request for replacement plates at DMV.

  Kyle, our sales and leasing consultant, assisted in our purchase of a 2020 Tacoma TRD. We found him to be easy to work with; he answered all of our questions, made the negotiations go smoothly, and is very knowledgeable about the Tacoma. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota experience.

  Awesome experience. We were looking for a specific vehicle and were looking at driving to Santa Clara. We then searched locally and found the vehicle we were looking for was traded in to Vasser. Applied online, walked in and inspected vehicle, and was finished with the purchase in an hour. Kyle O'neal was wonderful. No pushiness, sold me what I asked for, and had pleasant conversation. Kyle will be my first call for the next purchase.

  Bought a used Land Cruiser from Kyle O'Neal. Kyle was first to greet me through the door and I was fortunate. He knew what he needed to know about a quasi-antique, 20 year old car. JVT was competitively priced so haggling was quick. I didn't have much time for paperwork, and Kyle pushed the finance team to crank it out. I would recommend working with him and would purchase through him again. If he ever shows you a picture of me with a cheesy grin in front of the truck, he totally Photoshopped it!
