      My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this location in June of this year and the vehicle has been in the shop 4 times for a time frame of 2 weeks OR more each time. Just got the car back MAYBE a week ago and its now sitting on the side of the road ready to be towed back to this dealership again. They had the car for over a month the first time and we have not been able to enjoy this vehicle.....I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED!! BBB, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, WHAT EVER IT TAKES!! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED. BUT SOMEONE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. How fortunate that we can’t respond after the so called response from Mz April... WRONG RESPONSE MZ. APRIL! Regardless if the vehicle is in my name or not, obviously it’s someone close to me that I know have experienced negative results from your dealership. PLS READ THE REVIEW AGAIN! BTW, the vehicle is there now and I have no desire to speak with YOU at this time! Pls NO ADDITIONAL RESPONSES LIKE YOU WANT TO HELP and you failed to read the review thoroughly and your response is you can’t find a solid record with my name on it...try going back and reword your prescript responses. Great Day!

      I needed to get my car serviced before making a trip so I went to Jimmy Gray Chevrolet to get it done. My husband and I bought the 2010 Malibu there 3 years ago. I only have 21,000 miles on it but I really enjoy driving it, mostly on trips. Since we have 2 other older vehicles I usually run around in them. It was quick and I was informed of a recall that I plan on taking it back next week to get done. Thanks So Much, Pat Evans

      Customer service is great. The black woman with the dreads behind the counter of the parts department is phenomenal. Her work ethic & pleasant/helpful attitude is truly rare these days.

      Called service to get the radio unlocked the dealer is the only one that can do it in my 2008 GM and I was told they don’t work on cars over 10 years old. (I just had a battery put in next door at Sams Club right next door). The guy actually said I might need a new radio- What a joke had to drive out to Olive Branch. I will be changing my pick up trucks to Toyota. I will tell anyone not to go here for anything.

      I brought in my 2010 Impala for an oil change and tire rotation and got wonderful service. I live in Atoka, TN and work in Downtown Memphis. I always bring my car to Jimmy Gray because the service is great, friendly, and fast. Thanks to each and everyone there for providing a pleasant and above average service experience!

      Horrible experience! I went in looking for a new truck if I was qualified and I made it clear to the salesman(Rodney)) to only run my credit once. And whatever that bank approved me for I was ok with. He told me that I got approved but not for all of the amount((64k))he just had me sign a paper saying if I was ok with $1200 payments and he was going to see what he could do I was under the impression that he would discount more or talk to the bank of my good history with them in the past. Not once did he say “hey those $1200 payments might qualify through a different bank or can I try a different bank!” So what does he do runs my credit 4 different times. I am a salesman myself and i know I take inconsideration the best for my customers and im always upfront with them of what they qualify for and let them know if I could try a different way. But always do what they ask for first then give them options not just go and do what’s best for me as a salesman. Overall, I was very upset and unpleased with their service. I do not recommend them to anyone that cares for their credit and peace of mind. They will screw you over and do what’s best for themselves.

      I'm from oklahoma, I stopped in this Town coming back from Florida due to the fact my Nissan was having transmission issues. I probably stopped at 8 Dealers around town but this place is the only one that made me angry. I been trying to talk myself out of writing a review but it's been a week now and I'm still pissed off at this place! I was frustrated when I showed up because of my car problems and didn't want to play games, needed a truck too pull my wifes car 7 hours home. We looked at 4 or 5 decent ones just didn't like them. After a while we go inside talk to the manager with the sale person. Manager tells us he just had a gmc traded in. Me and the sales lady go drive it and check it out It was 3 yrs old 95k miles, cracked windshield and bald tires. Besides a couple thousand in repairs when I got back home not a "bad deal". So asking price on truck is $28,500. I told them I have $2,000 down but I wanted some taking off asking price. We go to the paper work and start filling it out for financing very first thing it said was $29,500 I asked how is that a thousand off when it's more she told oh well that's not including your 2000 down. "What ever I just went with it to figure out there deal maybe at the end" They send it in, after waiting 20 mins. Im with my wife and daughter waiting at the table, I hear a older lady next to us talking about how she knew her score was higher then what they told her at the dealer. About 15 mins later my sales lady comes and tells me well you Have a 644. Also since my score is so low that payments will be $498 a month. I told them no thanks. Here comes the manager he says can you put more money down to lower the payment I told him I could do another thousand but that would be it. Totally $3,000 down! 5 Mins later it's at $472 a month So I talk to my wife, thank god she talked me out of this deal. I get back home call my bank and have them run my score and they told me it was a 729 lol. This place was trying there hardest to screw me because they thought I was stuck there. I own a shop and been working on cars my entire life I wasn't stuck I was just trying to talk my wife into getting a truck. After spending 3 hours there it was getting dark and cooling off and I knew our transmission wouldn't over heat at night. We drove 7 hours straight got home at 12 am that night perfectly fine. I had to write this review because I just don't like when people try to take advantage of other people!! If I could this place would have a negative rating happily.

      I had a appointment there for valve cover gasket. It took 5 working days to get my car back. I had to call them for a update. Bad place to do business with. Plus I was over charge. Stay away.

      Horrible service, purchased a car from here a year ago. After I took my car in for an oil change, EVERYTHING was wrong after. Went to another dealer to be told that I had no oil in the vehicle which was only two weeks after the oil change. Which is causing even more damage. I am so disappointed in them if I could give ZERO stars I would. DISCLAIMER: it was my first time getting my oil changed from there because of an offer sent in the mail, NEVER again. It is causing too much of a headache all because OIL WAS NOT PUT IN MY CAR . a complete mess.

      I was misled from the very beginning and after I purchased the vehicle I had it inspected by a factory technician only to find out that the truck needed 7000 dollars if work on the engine and steering system. I asked Jimmy Gray Chevrolet to help with the work and they flat out refused. They even refused to buy the truck back at fair market value. That says it all. They knew this truck had these issues and yet sold it to me anyway and then refused to help fix it once I found out the problems it had and I've only had the vehicle 3 weeks
