  Jim is a great communicator and a knowledge mortgage specialist. Amazingly, my wife started the mortgage loan origination process with Jim face to face and by phone. I continued that process with Jim exclusively by email. He was dauntless in his attempts to answer all of my detailed questions without ever speaking to me, given my super-busy schedule. There were even a few times that Jim recorded videos are screencasts walking my wife and I through some explanations of difficult concepts. I would not hesitate to work with Jim again and I would recommend him to anybody who is in the market for a home mortgage loan. He bends over backwards to help make the financial side of the home buying process rational and predictable.
