  This is the worst place to bring your car and buy a car I bought a car from these people and the car has been in the shop more then I drove it and not only that I got my car back and the paint is all wavy and bumpy so I brought it back and when I got it they told me the insurance wouldn’t cover some damages but that was a lie I called the insurance and it was covered and they lied to the insurance

  Jose is always every nice person makes you feel at home treats as if you are the only one that is important. I have been a customer for over 4 years. I got brakes today and was greeted with a warm smile and kept up to date with what was being done. I will continue to do business with Jose. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe on the road.   Jose was very helpful and helped fix my Stelvio in an efficient manner. The service desk employees were very rude and I will not be returning.

  I really appreciate the great detailed and professional work I received from Bob Baxa at Jidd. I brought my car in I was having some transmission issues he diagnosed the problem and communicated with me the entire time until the job was complete. Thank you Jidd motors and Bob for an enjoyable experience the whole way through.

  I purchased a 2017 BMW in December of 2020 with 17,00 miles. In 8 months I had to replace the brakes $2K and a seat sensor for $1,200. The dealership wont even respond to my numerous attempts to contact them regarding this issue. Go somewhere else

  Jen, at the service desk is just full of energy and professionalism! She went above and beyond to help us out with our Lexus. She made sure we are satisfied with the service. The way Jen carries herself exceeds all of the expectations. I would recommend her as well as everyone at Jidd Service.
