  My wife and I were able to purchase our first home, and were qualified for some awesome programs for first-time home buyers thanks to Jimmy. He went above and beyond and made our experience very easy. Even after having been in our home for over two years we still receive information from Jimmy on our Home and the market in our neighborhood. We have also refinanced with Jimmy a couple of times into lower mortgage rates! I couldn't be happier with the decision to use Jimmy. If I ever buy another home I will not use anyone but Jimmy to secure financing.

  Jimmy made our mortgage process extremely easy. He responded quickly whether I reached out to him via text or email. He answered all my questions, addressed all my fears, and made our closing happen on the original requested day (we were even able to sign paperwork early so that we could go out of town on a scheduled trip). And this was all during COVID and its craziness. I would highly recommend using Jimmy for your mortgage needs. He's personable, friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and honest.

  Jimmy is great at he does and would answer any questions you have and is very detailed at getting accurate numbers for you. He replies fast to any additional concerns you may have . All the process was done remotely via emails and it all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

  Jimmy was the best broker that my wife and I could have asked for. It was important for us to get into a home quickly, and he was always on the ball. Whenever there was something for us to do, he let us know. He was always easy to get in touch with when we had a question, and in the end he saved us quite a bit of money.   Jimmy was great. We found him online and we set up an introductory consultation to make sure we could reduce our interest rates. Jimmy looked at our situation and found a solution that met our needs. Jimmy made the refinance very seamless. After uploading all of our data we closed two weeks later.
