  Kierra was my representative for my auto loan and it was the smoothest transaction I had in a lllllonnng time. And everyone was very helpful. There was wAter bottles, candy not lollipops and even a bathroom!! Great job Kierra!!!!!

  Had a great experience recently at the new Farmington Branch with Al. He and his staff were very personable and professional and made opening accounts easy. We also reviewed my loans that are currently through other financial institutions (will be moved to UFCU soon!) and Al gave me some great advice about these loans. He also taught me some things about how credit scores work that I was not aware of. Thanks Al and UFCU!

  Worked with Kierra. She was absolutely amazing, answered all of our questions and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. During these times it was great to have someone that felt like they were on our team especially since everything was done electronically.   I was looking to refinance my house and contacted several institutions, big and small, and found in Utah First very knowledgeable people that offered me alternatives more suitable to my situation and the current market, and still resolved my pressing circumstances. A HELOC was applied, approved and closed in three days!!! I can't reccomend them enough, and a shout out to Kierra, Alex and Britney, who made this possible, besides who knows how many others involved that I don't know about. Great institution, and I'm glad we got in business with them.
