  This was my second time in using JFC Funding LLC for my primary home residence. Rocco was my broker on new house purchase during the month of December 2021. The loan funding process was the smoothest piece of my transactions and the rate we were able to lock-in was well below the national and local averages for a Jumbo 30 year fixed.   Rocco helped greatly with the purchase of my first home. He was always patient and willing to answer questions I had. He’s extremely knowledgeable and therefore was able to insight wisdom when needed. Fortunately Rocco locked in a great rate for me and he knew when the right time was to secure it. He made me feel comfortable with jargon I wasn’t familiar with and overall made the mortgage and home buying process seem less.   Rocco is such a pleasure to work with. He’s knowledgeable about so many products. He listens and suggests the best product for your particular situation. He’s also exceptionally fair and honest. Never took advantage with charging unreasonable fees. Got us the best rate of anyone we spoke with. I have a friend that’s also a mortgage broker- she was convinced that she could’ve done better on our refinance. Once she looked over the paperwork, she was surprised at how good Rocco was to us.   Rocco was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and help us close on two houses. Rocco even contacted us when mortgage rates had dropped and saved us money by refinancing. He is very quick to answer phone calls and messages. Would definitely use Rocco and JFC Funding again.
