  I've been working with Rob Trigg over at Jet Lending to help me grow my rental portfolio. Their Top Gun program is awesome for buying and rehabbing houses and then converting to long term loans for your rental properties. Rob has been on point for all of my deals and has been able to close early every time! It's rare that you find a person with that level of customer service.   I worked with Rob Trigg and the experience was 2nd to NONE. I was in a bit of a situation where the deal was too unique for a conventional lender, so I turned to Jet Lending. With a contractual deadline 2 weeks away, Rob and his team was able to close on the loan with better terms and condition than the conventional lender.
