  First thing is first, I am not the best client to have. I have a tendency of being demanding. However, my experience with Jessica has been second to none. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, sincere, and I can tell loves to help others. If I had questions she had answers. If I had ideas she took the time to go over them with me to see if they were good or bad. My home buying experience was smooth thanks to Jessica’s hard work and meeting deadlines. I appreciate everything she did for me and my family to get the house we needed. Jessica will be my go to funding source if I refinance or buy again.

  As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous, lost and somewhat hesitant. I had a little bit of knowledge of what the process is and what it takes to purchase a home. After finding a home I really liked it was a matter of making it mine. I was introduced to Jessica through my Realtor and she told me she can get the job done. I trusted my Realtor enough to allow Jessica to be my agent. The selling agent was being really strict on how we needed to purchase the home and made specific requirements for me to purchase the house which caused me more stress. With this, because of my line of work, I didn’t have time or patience to deal with the extra stress. Jessica ensured me I had nothing to worry about she would take care of everything and if she needed anything from me she would let me know. My goodness, did Jessica deliver. She would call and explain everything to me and made this home purchase very easy and much less stressful than I anticipated. For this I highly recommended her she knows her stuff got me an incredible rate and will be moving into my new home later this week. Thank you again Jessica !

  Jessica McClure was introduced to us by our realtors as we had some preparatory work to do before starting the home buying process. Jessica started working with us six months before ever applying for a loan to get our credit scores up and gave us a lot of valuable advice to get us ready for the big step of buying our first home. During the actual process Jessica worked diligently and around the clock and was able to help close our escrow in 21 days helping us meet a hard move out date from our rental unit into our new home.   Where do I begin? I refer to Jessica as my security blanket. She was exactly what we needed. After having a negative experience with a different lender the idea of starting the home loan process again was extremely scary and stressful to us. I was initially skeptical after our first meeting because I couldn’t believe how pleasant and transparent she was. I kept waiting for the catch, but it never came. She never changed from our first encounter simply because the person we first met is truly who she is. She is very knowledgeable and explains every detail of the process (patiently and repeatedly if needed) in a way that makes you feel well informed and secure in the decision of having her as your lender. I love how she always answers her phone and happily assists in any way she can. Not only were we kept up to date with clear emails but she also made the effort to call and discuss next steps so that we were able to get all of our questions answered and were provided the extra reassurance gained by her calm demeanor. I always felt that she had our best interest at heart and never felt pressured or unsupported. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we experienced with Jessica.

  Jessica was referred to me by my awesome realtor Mike Vartanian, and it was the best choice I could've gone with hands down. If it wasn't for Jessica with her extensive knowledge and experience, I'm certain I wouldn't be in my home today. She helped me every step of the way in my home buying process, was always ready and willing to answer my questions as simple as they sometimes were, and her team is quick and efficient. I barely had to lift a finger while I was working 60+ hours a week and she helped me get a fantastic rate and helped me get past some pretty tough spots in terms of what I'd need to get approved.
