  Start to finish, Kate was there the entire way.   When my husband and I decided to sell our luxury condominium in Point Pleasant, we interviewed six real estate agents before meeting Kate Jahns-Rossi. Besides her knowledge of the market, Kate possessed unique skill in the use of technology to market our home. She networked with a local videographer to produce a product that showcased our home more professionally than anything we have seen on any sales website. Kate managed the sales effort at the height of the pandemic utilizing all tools available to ensure the safety of buyers and sellers. Our home sold very quickly and Kate facilitated the steps to closing, always responsive but never intrusive. We highly recommend Ms. Jahns-Rossi.

  Kate is an outstanding realtor. As a first time home buyer I could not have asked for a more accommodating and helpful agent. My career as an airline pilot made it very difficult to attend open houses and showings. Kate was able to give me virtual tours of houses while I was traveling.
