  Can’t give enough thanks to Mike at Assured Mortgage. His superior customer service was extremely beneficial in the process of closing in our new home. He was available whenever we needed him, answered questions and took the time to explain everything multiple times if need be without any hesitation or frustration.   As everyone always says, the entire home buying process is one of the most frustrating experiences in life. However, having Mike at Assured Mortgage Bankers there with us every step of the way made the entire process rather easy. Whenever we needed anything - ranging from general information to a late night approval letter - Mike was readily available to help us out. He was knowledgeable of the industry, the market, and provided invaluable advice regarding credit and homeowner issues. The entire staff at Assured Mortgage was awesome to work with and I can't speak highly enough of the service Mike provided us.   Assured made the mortgage process infinitely easier than my previous two experiences with another company. To say that it was simple and painless could not do it justice. Mike was always available and responded quickly throughout the process. He moved the file along very quickly, keeping us updated as he did. This is vastly different from other experiences where you are treated as a number, rather than a client. We are beyond satisfied.

  We were in a very unique situation when we refinanced our mortgage using Assured Mortgage. The knowledge everyone showed really helped us in the process. Not only was Mike able to get us the best interest rate on the market, but we were treated with courtesy and professionalism along the way. Every question or concern that I had was answered in a timely manner and I never had to ask twice. The process can be very frustrating but Assured Mortgage made it go very smooth.   Mike Conti at Assured Mortgage Bankers is one of the best (if not THE best) mortgage professionals in the industry. He is knowledgeable, caring and puts his customers first. We worked together on a refinance last year and I was pleasantly surprised as to how quick and seamless the process was. From start to finish, we closed on the loan in just over a week.   Mike and Cecilia were great! I couldn't be happier with choosing this Mortgage Company! They made my first home purchase painless and extremely easy.   Excellent experience with Assured. Mike was a invaluable asset to have during the home buying process. Whether it was getting the best rate or just bouncing ideas off him, Mike was always quick to respond and very helpful. The next time I need a mortgage or refi, my first call will be to Mike.

  Used Mike Conti for our initial mortgage over two years ago and had a great experience. He didnt stop there, though...When rates dropped he thought of us, reached out, and shaved almost 2% off of our rate. Made the whole process painless as well. Highly recommend.
