  I just bought a great used Ford truck from Vance at Jerry Smith Kia. Everyone at the dealership was super nice and Randy, the finance manager, worked with me to get the price down. My salesman, Vance, helped the process go smoothly and quickly. I was in and out of there on a long lunch hour. Love my new ranch truck!

  Great sales and service department. I bought our 2017 Sportage from here and couldn't be happier. They also offer FREE lifetime oil change and carwash. Friendly and professional sales and service people. I recommend giving them a chance before you buy from another dealer.

  First off, the staff at Jerry Smith Kia are exceptional at customer service. They made sure that I was satisfied with my car. I bought a used 2003 Kia Spectra and learned how to drive manual with it. A few days later, the clutch went out (likely due to my inexperienced manual driving) and they towed the car to the dealership, put me in a brand new 2015 Kia Soul while my car was under repair, and put both a brand new clutch and a new flywheel in -- all at no cost to me! Now I'm excited to get great gas mileage and master the art of manual driving with my Spectra!

  Excellent customer service, very kind sales staff, no pressure sales team, just a sincere desire to help each customer and family. Having bought a new car, I get free oil changes and car washes for life, and they vacuum the interior each time. Having kids, it's wonderful.

  They were absolutely wonderful, I am visiting from out of town. They quickly looked up my contract, topped off my oil check my tire and wash my car for me. Very nice customer service. thumbs up :-)
