  There's so much positive about this place from the moment you walk in the door. You aren't "attacked" by the vulturous creatures of your typical used car lot. These guys are professional finance guys not salesmen out to make a buck. I have challenged credit and they were able to get me the lowest monthly payment I have ever had in my life. Their vehicles are mostly all low mileage and no more than 3 years old typically. Bobby was amazing to work with and very relatable. Jacob was also super easy to work with, it was like purchasing a vehicle from your friend instead of a stranger, they want you to be happy and not settle for something you don't want. If you want a car buying experience unlike any other you have ever had give Bobby or Jake a call and tell them Mike sent you.....I'll split the kickback with ya

  Hello, I want people to know that buying a car experience isn’t the same when you go see Bjorn. I called Bjorn to get info on a car. He sent me pictures of vehicles I was interested in. He got all my information over the phone. I was trading in car and he pulled up all the information needed to make that happen. He told me what I need to bring in. I drove out there with all my info and was greeted with a big hug. I picked out my car and was out in record time. I say from the time I arrived to leaving with my new car it was less than 2 hours. This was the best experience I have had. He didn’t try to up sell me on a more expensive car, he was very pleasant and a lot of fun. He is well over the 5 star customer service I gave him and I will go back and buy future vehicles with him. Thank you for the hug and great customer service. Mara

  Just wanted to share my experience with Carroll Credit Center, I would have to say that they are definitely a 5 Star dealership, From the moment I filled out my Application the night before to the evening of the next day Bjorn made sure I was comfortable and set my mind at ease that I was gonna be able to drive away with the car of my dreams. He was very professional and helpful with the whole process. Hands down the easiest and most professional dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will ensure I send all my family and friends to Carroll Credit Center and have them ask for BJORN!!!

  Horrible experience! Had applied for a loan 4 months previous online and had decided not to buy at that point. Decided to stop in and look at cars today. Asked Kelli the finance gal who was helping me what the payments would be on a vehicle. Never even took it for a test drive. Was just trying to get an idea of what it'd cost per month. She proceeded to run my credit with four different lenders to try to get me approved for the car, even tho I just wanted to know a price. Then told me I was approved for 18k and that's magically then, the amount they were charging for said vehicle. Told her that wasn't what I want. Just wanted a price. Said she couldn't tell me the actual price on any of the vehicles. Was actually ready to buy a car today but with how rudely I was treated, decided I take my business elsewhere!!

  Terrible dealership! I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from the "Credit Center" side of this dealership and from the moment of my test drive through out the process of purchasing the vehicle was a terrible experience. The sales guy was rude and dishonest. He said that if I could do more money down he would give me 30 days to pay it, then instead tried to pull out the money the very next day and I specifically told him the day to do it. He promised to get me a second key for the vehicle, which he never did, he said that he would get me Seahawks license plates or the paperwork to go in and obtain them, and the normal WA state ones arrived yesterday with nothing else. Then the day I signed and picked up the vehicle the back tire had low tire pressure, so I asked them to check it, they added air and said it was good now, 2 different times after leaving it came back in so I took the vehicle to Les Schwab to have to tire checked and they said the back two tires are only at 2/32" which is ILLEGAL to drive on, so they sold me a vehicle I am not supposed to be legally driving on the road. I called to inform them of this, the sales guy I worked with hung up on me twice, and the manager never called me back after saying he would look into it and get back to me. This dealership has been an absolute nightmare to deal with and did nothing but lie to me on their "promises". I did not get the plates I was told, I didn't get the second key I was promised, and I have to now buy 2 new tires on a vehicle that shouldn't have been able to be sold until the tires were replaced. . I would never refer anyone to this dealership!

  April 2016 purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima with 20,000 miles on it. Noticed large scratches on both mirrors. Asked about it, but no one had answers. It drove well and the inside was still like new. Paid $21,000. Fast forward to December 2019 when I went to trade it in for a new car. Trade in should have been about $7000 but I only got $3000 after learning it was in a major collision in February 2016 (2 months before I bought it). And it was never reported to CARFAX until 3 months after I purchased it. VERY VERY DECEIVING PRACTICES. YOUR THE WORST!!!!

  I can't thank Eric enough for fighting for me to get a loan to get me into my 2014 corrola! He was amazing and really showed he cared. So much better than going to a dealership. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new car no matter what your credit situation, hit them up and they will be sure to get you a deal!

  Hello, My name is S. Pritchett; in July 2013 my husband and I were in need of car; however our credit was so poor that we couldn't get a loan from any car dealerships. My sister had just got a car from Carroll credit and referred us to them. We went to Carroll Credit and the sales team was able to get us approved and we got a really nice 2011 car with low mileages with a 19.99% interest rate. The loan officer told us if we make all of our payments on time and pay our bills on time that we can improve our credit and be able to refinance. It's been a little over a year and we decided to refinance our car; however we discover during the refinance process that there were issues with the car. We contacted Carroll Credit and expressed our concerns. Kim Harris our saleswomen told us to come down and see what they could do. Once we expressed our concerns and Carroll credit did some research and discovered the issues were founded they immediately began finding us a new car. They paid off the current car and were able to get us a loan for a new car. We are proud to say that we left the dealership in a 2014 FORD TAURUS!!!!!!!, with a 9.99% interest rate with an A+ bank. If I could upload us doing our happy dance we would :) Our credit score has improved tremendously and by next year we should be able to purchase our first home. We really appreciated that the owner Mike Carroll personally came in to say “Thank you for following directions”...LOL. If you really want to repair your credit and drive something that you would be proud of you should head down to Carroll Credit and let them try to help you. Also, by paying your bills and past due bills on time and not creating more debt for yourself you can improve your credit. Thank you Lord!!!   Honestly, the best car dealership ever. Officially bought 3 cars from them and I've sent all my friends over. They aren't pushy, but very open, honest, and helpful. I love this place.
