  Jennifer enabled my wife and I to have a fantastically smooth experience buying our home in Fort Collins, she effectively communicated expectations and requirements and made sure that we were informed at every stage in the process. She was always available whenever we needed her help and advice and we truly feel that she cared about our experience and wanted us to succeed. There were many weekend calls and late night chats which allowed us to be more agile in putting in an offer as market conditions shifted, as crazy as the real estate market is in 2022 with unprecedented competition Jennifer helped us go from renters to homeowners in a little over a month! Thats an incredible turnaround and we will forever be grateful for her hard work and persistence in helping us find the right financing at the right time!

She truly cares about her clients, and works hard to make sure they understand all of their options when it comes to a home loan.   The process of buying our first home was overwhelming. While other lenders just seemed to rattle off numbers to us or direct us to a website for information, Jennifer always went the extra mile. She made time to meet with us (virtually due to COVID-19) and talked us through every step of the process. She was excellent at making sure we understood the papers we were signing and even did extra research to find the best financing option for us. We are so glad that we went with Jennifer as she made this daunting process much more manageable and helped ease our worries.   I had an outstanding experience working with this company, and specifically, with Jennifer White. Jennifer was referred to me by a coworker and I can't recommend her enough. Like many others I took advantage of the lower interest rates and decided to refinance in 2020. I had a pretty big HOA related hiccough along the way that delayed the process many months.   Jennifer was fantastic. She was thorough and knowledgeable, a valuable resource as I navigated refinancing my home post-divorce. In contrast to other lenders, she explained different loan options patiently and plainly for someone with no financial background to understand. She was flexible, available, and responsive.
