  Nate (and Danielle) were recommended to us by a realtor friend. They did an amazing job for us. We had a tricky situation where we owned property in name only and they were able to help us navigate thru the paperwork. They even planned it so the payoff for that property happened at our closing instead of after closing, thus saving us $40 a month. Which doesn't sound like much, but over a 30 year loan? Nothing to sneeze at. We will definitely be using Nate and Danielle at Premier Mortgage Group on our next purchase. Thank you again Nate and Danielle!

  Nate, and his team, (Jessica and Alfredo) are all very nice, friendly, and very helpful! This was our very first time buying a house and my husband and I were really clueless to what we needed in order to qualify and overcome any obstacles. Nate had guided us through from A to Z and informed us with details very thoroughly with what is needed to qualify. They were all very pleasurable to work with and very kind!
