  Jennifer’s office has great customer service with very fair prices. Jennifer and her staff are all very friendly and easy to work with. I worked mostly with Erin who helped me with my homeowners insurance and set me up with a great deal for an umbrella policy as well. She was great to work with. Not only was she always available when I reached out to her, but she was also very prompt whenever I needed documents sent over for the closing on my house. I highly recommend Jennifer’s office if you need insurance, Erin and the rest of her staff are great.

  I never thought I'd find myself writing a review of an insurance agent, but here I am! Jennifer and her team are great, across the board! The service is personal and personable, and they are quick to respond to every inquiry. Not only that, they're cheaper than Geico! Give a call. You won't be disappointed.

  State Farm raised our auto insurance rates 37% and 30% respectively for my daughter and I without explanation. When I called and spoke with Erin 3 weeks ago she said she'd find out why and call back. Did not happen so I drove down to the office and inquired. She still had no idea but went online to find an explanation. Answer? For my policy, she said State Farm had determined that my 2018 Honda Ridgeline was deemed to have safety issues. My driving record is perfect. No accidents or moving violations in 53 years of driving. I checked the latest NHTSA ratings for my exact vehicle and they gave it 5 out of 5 stars for safety. Very confusing. Daughter's driving record is the same and she drives a newer sedan. Apparently, they don't value our bundled insurance.
