  In light of current interest low rates and high market values (late 2021), my daughter and son in-law began looking into refinancing their home. When I saw the initial estimates they had received from another company, I contacted First American Bank (where I had my own mortgage) for their current rates and costs. Jennelle contacted me, and I met with her about two months ago. She was intelligent, friendly, clear & concise, and very helpful. First Am Bank's rates were competitive, and their closing costs were significantly lower. In the end, my daughter and son in-law did refinance through Jennelle with First Am Bank.
