An overall excellent bank. I’ve been with them for 4 or 5 years now, and in that time, I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and some even know me by name (which is much appreciated.) I have a student checking account here and not needing to have a specific amount in my account has helped me immensely when I’ve been strapped for cash paying for college.

Horrible bank. I went there to cash a printed payroll check issued to me by a local vendor drawn on a State Bank of the Lakes check. They would not cash it as I don't have an account there. The limit is 1000.00$ I have never heard of a bank that won't honor their own check.
