      I rarely write bad reviews, but this place deserves it. I went it to create an account since I live in the neighborhood, and the sour attitude of the lady working here sent me immediately on my way due to this reason. Driving 10 miles out of my way to do my banking is definitely worth it to avoid unprofessional people like this.

      The staff here are amazing! Have had a positive experience everytime I have needed assistance with anything regarding my accounts. They are patient, polite and efficient at answering questions and providing appropriate information! Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a credit union! Have nothing but good to say about the branch in Burlington as well. I feel that when we smile the world smiles back and, with God's guidance, life is what we make it.

      A lady by the name of Debbie, the loan officer there at Advia in Silver Lake is probably one of the rudest people I've ever met. I like everyone there except her. It's been a good place to bank up until speaking with her.
