      I bought my wife a new Kia Forte the buying experience was good. Amonth later I was driving near St Augustine and transmission went out with 2100 miles on it. Sounds bad right, no things happen. Limped into St Augustine Kia Dealer. After 30 minutes they had contacted Kia Corporate and we're told not to fix it, they were sending a new transmission. They gave me a new car to drive for three weeks while they fixed it and all is well 20,00 milles later

      It's been a while since I've purchased a car, my last couple times weren't they best. I went to the Kia dealership in Ocala yesterday and I can't say enough about them. From the sales guy, his name is Fabio Neal to the finance guy, Pete Palys. I was able to get an AMAZING warranty thank you, Pete. I LOVE my new Kia Sportage. Fabio went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I wanted. He was very patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind.       Every one was very helpful and friendly. They all tried to accommodate us with what we wanted and helped us to accomplish what we were trying to do . We were able to trade in my husband's truck which had negative trade in value and to trade in my vehicle and come out with one new car and a used car. They were very helpful. Very please with the attention they gave us.

      Though I arrived shortly after 10:00 and left about 4 1/2 hours later, the time spent was well worth it. I was greeted by one staff member who directed me where to park the car, then told me Mike would be doing my check-in, but Joel then stepped up as Mike was still taking care of another customer. Joel finished the paperwork then lead me to the waiting area, showing me the accommodations. Later, Mike checked in with me to see if everything was going well. The facility had many conveniences, like choice of hot beverages, donuts (which I noted were freshly rotated in) water, and a choice of bright clean areas for waiting with WIFI, TV, newspaper and magazines. I hardly got acclimated to those spacious white, clean surroundings when I met Jamie who spent the bulk of the time with me in a quite setting in a COMFORTABLE chair. Jamie gave me valuable financial scenarios helping me make a smart decision on a lease that was due to expire. I met Guy, who Jamie introduced as a friend and the " boss ". The time with Jamie included a shopping tour of cars available and a test drive, processing the paperwork. Then I proceeded to meet with Guy, a calculator wizard who MADE MY DAY with a great deal. and John, the finance expert, pleasantly reviewed and completed all the necessary state compliance paperwork. They ALL treated me and EACH OTHER with respect, courtesy and answered all questions. It was the BEST car dealership experience in my 72 years. I love the 2018 KIA SPORTAGE !       Bought a 2019 Kia Sorento almost 2 months ago. Thought the transaction went very smoothly. But then I was supposed to get touch up paint for my car which was in the purchase price. John Roberts, our salesman knows this, I have called, sent emails and stopped by and still no paint.

      There website has the prices locked. So when you put your info in and they give you a call and still can't even give you a price of the vehicle. All he said is that he is above msrp. Jenkins is a hard dealership to work with.

      I truly appreciated the promptness and professionalism at Jenkins Kia. Unlike other Kia dealers, Jenkins actually takes time with their customers and shows what is wrong with your car. I believe it was James in service that helped me yesterday 1/30/16 and he showed me the filters and also discovered that another Kia dealership did not change the air filter, but charged me for it. I still had the factory one in there after I paid for a new one. Jenkins wanted to make it right and discounted all the filters and also fix what another Kia dealership did wrong. They were honest, kind and accommodating to me, seeing I just had neck surgery done and made it quick and painless for me. I wish it would have been Jenkins Kia back in 2014 when I purchased my Kia Soul, because I would have went to them in the first place. When I am ready to buy another vehicle, I will definitely be going to Jenkins. The only thing I would say that needs worked on is the courtesy wash. It appeared to have just be ran through water. Other than that, I love Jenkins and will keep going to them!!!

      Since my new car had a cosmetic problem I was sent to the sales office from the service department to see if they would pay to fix my problem as it was not under warranty. They gladly helped me out and back to the service department I went. The service dept. was very good, sent me home in a service car and my car was fixed that afternoon. The service manager was great and helpful and my car was fixed perfect. My only complaint is when you go there the people who write out your service order just sit there and look at you when you come in???Are you surpose to get out of your car and approach them with your problem?? I have never been in a service department like that. I have been there twice with my car and that must be the way they do things as both times they just sit there and look at you.???Oh well you can gripe about anything I guess. They need to go to another kind of dealer and see how their greeters function.
