  I've never been more disappointed in a CU. I've been a member since 2014. My debit card was warn out and needed to be replaced. They tried to charge me $15 for a new card.... So I closed my account. Poor customer service for a 10 year Jeep employee....SMH.....

  Nobody ever answers the phone! My card and checks were cancelled. By THEIR mistake and now after calling for 30 minutes, nobody can answer the phone. This Credit Union is a JOKE.

  Have had multiple issues here. Things that should never happen. Like them having my account pulled up from me calling because of double charging then someone went in their office and had withdraws made. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone no matter which office you call. I've been trying to get through all day and nobody answers the phone. One weekend my account was negative 750.00 because of their mistake and of course you can NEVER get through. No 1800 number to call or anything. Currently looking to switch seriously don't waste your time.

  I had a great experience with this location they went out of their way to help me with a very old title to get plates only truck. The title I had still lad a lean on the title from 1995. It was my dad's title he signed over to me but I was trying to transfer it from Michigan to Ohio. They were able to help me and get the proper documentation to be able to get my title finally transferred to ohio! Thank you!

  Great service, always receive my money with a smile, amazing place to do your banking, hardly ever a long wait, I rate JCFCU a 10.... Angela and Anita are awesome!!!

  It's unbelievable people show up work in a people connected job and not fullfil the requirements that should work for everyone. Question : WHY have phone service? This came be the only means of to do their business with you. In the nicest way hire someone to this and this ONLY your not a Multi tasks bussiness business.I been a member for over 20 years and you have worsten. To be a members own company This is disgraceful.

  If I could rate 0 I would. Worst customer service ever, they never answer the phone. A month ago I noticed a charge double posted called the store made sure it wasn't them then called the bank. Without even looking in my account they said to call the card people so I made another call after 30 minutes on hold while they reviewed my charges they only saw one so they tried to call the bank with me again no answer for another 20 minutes. I finally got ahold of them they admitted their mistake and said it would be fixed that was 2 weeks ago and its still not fixed last time she said she was including the CEO on the email. I'm guessing that they don't care either. I wouldn't recommend them. Only reason I chose them in the first place is the early check deposits but it ain't worth all this.

  There is no option for zero stars deposits go in at different times never available to answer phones horrible long lines. Even big corporate banks answer their phones its called customer service! I heard stories thought it was just crazy customers being crazy but no they are truly horrible!

  First of all, the three branches literally never answer their phones. I leave multiple messages evey time I need the bank to fix one of their many errors and can't even get a return phone call. Unless you have time to physically go to the bank every day this isnt the bank for you.

  Customer service always has an attitude and even when I spoke to the manager she was very rude. Not to mention when I needed a new card they told me I’d be waiting at least a month to receive it, or I could pay $20 to get one printed there. Came back to change this to one star after I was told my account had overdraft protection but after I overdrafted they told me it was impossible to keep my account from over drafting, and would not fix their fees.
