  I had one of the best experiences purchasing my new vehicle from this car lot. I dealt with Deanna who specializes in the “In Home Finance” department and she was extremely professional and made sure that everything was transparent and thoroughly explained. She worked with me in regards to my down payment and set me up for success. It was a personable experience and I appreciate the way they handle their business. I will recommend and probably be back to see Deanna in the near future. Thanks for everything !!!!

  Just purchased my second car at JD Motors. The owner Len is so great to deal with very honest and up front about the whole experience. Helped me build my credit and trade in my original car for a new one. Went in and drove out in my new car within a few hours. Got me in the car I wanted with the payments I needed. Thank you JD Motors.

  Looking for vehicle took $350.00 from me refuse to give it back as I decided to not buy vehicle within a week. Now they tell me I've got the wrong number when I call. I've called the owners personal number twice the other day trying to get my money back. I called again and I get a recording saying phone disconnected. He kept hanging up on me prior to that.

  It took 2 weeks for Len to actually deliver the car I had purchased. No heat from the beginning and major issues from the engine. Finally took it to Kia at Drivers Village, where they had a record of my car prior to it being sold to me stating it needed a new engine. When confronted with this evidence, owner Len told me "I don't know why you expect me to help take care of your children for you." When in reality, I wanted him to make sure my children had a safe car to ride in since I had given him 3k down and was up to date on my monthly payments. I finally had the car voluntarily repossessed because I couldn't afford to fix it and make payments while it sat. I owned this car for 13 months, and drove it for 4. Took another 2 years to reach a settlement, with a lawyer before it was taken off of my credit report. Len is a bully and will scream at you if you complain about an issue with the car he sold you. I was happy to see his North Syracuse location empty when I drove by the other day.

  I had the best experience at JD Motors, Buying a car has never been that easy for me! I would highly recommend buying from here... They even helped my mom find what worked best for her. This will be the place to go for me from now on! Its normally such a hassle but we worked out a great deal and I will be shopping here for my vehicles from now on! Thanks again!

  I just recently got a suv from them and I absolutely love it!! Lenny the owner was very professional and polite!He made sure I got into the vehicle I wanted!It was the most easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!!!!

  Stay clear of this guy Len Dimaggio aka JD Motors. The guy is a crook like everyone else says. I bought a Tahoe from him that was supposed to have a 100k mile powertrain warranty. Instead I get a check in the mail a month later after repeatedly calling them for the warranty info, no warranty available I was told and I was given a measly $500. Car needed new tires, major engine work within weeks and they ignored my calls. Len and his no good wife had me sit in his shop all day for the tires as my car was just sitting there. He is the definition of a crook and judging by his reviews all over the internet I see he does this to everyone. Where is the lawsuits and Attorney Gen??? Let's clean this garbage up NYS.

  Just moved to the area and they help with all the paper work. Even when the dmv was giving us a bit if trouble, he made sure everything was fine at the end. Great personal service. Bought a Mazda 3 2010 in great condition. Will recomend.

  This guy is AMAZING! He not only helped me find a beautiful car, Also helped me go over that dirtbag Jay at Best Buy auto. He scammed me for my 1800 down and kept my money ALSO REPOED my car while I was at work... Sad part is I didn't even get a chance to make my first payment. Thanks to Len here at JD Motors helping me find a beautiful car! I appreciate it man!

  This guy has another place in Lyncourt called Lyncourt car care. I brought my car there and received a call that they were unable to fix that day. I walked over to pick up my car and as I approached I saw the owner hit my car with a truck on his lot. I was standing right there. He was beligerant and hostile refusing to give me any insurance info. He is lying to my insurance company and now hanging up on them. He is denying he hit my car even though I was literally standing right there! I just had to fork out $500.00 for a deductible.
