  Very rude and short with customers over the phone. Was calling to ask a question and set an appointment to come to open an account ( as I was instructed to do by their banker last week).. before I could even get to setup an appointment..the person on the phone cut me off as if they didn’t want to be on the phone or talk to me any longer.

  This is my main bank. I always recieve wonderful customer service and they go out of their way to help me with whatever I need.

  This bank treats people very poorly with a “we don’t care manner” my fiancé wanted to up his ATM limit from 500 a day to 1000 so we can pay our bills efficiently when they are due. They go into telling him how many overdrafts he’s had in the past , that are all paid and hurt his feelings while I was right there listening , when all he wanted to do was up the limit of how much of HIS money he can’t get out of the bank. I will leave a review every chance I get because they gave him no other option as to what he can do etc they just immediately started talking bad to him wondering why he can’t come into the bank , because he has a insane schedule at work that’s why by the times he’s off they are closed. It was all around disgusting and no way to treat people and I know he will find a better bank to suit him and his needs. JD BANK SUCKS !

  The man I spoke to on the phone was very rude and condescending. I will definitely stick to going to the Sale and Ryan location.
