  I will start by saying that Janiece was an absolute pleasure to work with! If you are looking for an experienced and friendly loan broker, look no further! Janiece was a godsend for me during my first home purchase as a 28 year old single mother. She was always available for me to ask questions and to calm my nerves throughout the whole process. She was extremely helpful and worked diligently to get me through underwritting to close on time! She made the entire process simple by requesting all documentation upfront so that I could have everything gathered and prepared for verification. When it did arise that I needed additional documentation or explaination of something, she communicated clearly and I was able to get her all required documents for the loan in a timely manner. Thank you again Janiece for making mine and my son's dreams come true and for helping me be an official homeowner as of 06/03/2021!! Highly recommend this loan agent to all!

  If you have an option to chose another broker you should. Communicate needs to improve. Once we were preapproved we began to financially commit to our new home.At one point in the process I wanted to give up the due digence money, home inspection and cost of property assesment fee. It was difficult for us to provide data needed to securing a loan in a timely manner because often a request was with an asap notatation. I do understand that much needs to be submitted but some request take time. I get home from work at 4:30 near the end of the business day. A short turn around made asap impossible.
