  Janet and Mortgage 1 have been a pleasure to work with through multiple home mortgages for my wife and I.   My clients love Janet, I have been a realtor for almost 23 years and have used her for 15 years. I am using her personally for my own loan. She works nights and weekends and responds to buyers when needed. I have also seen her talk young people into waiting to buy if she feels it is not the right time financially for them to buy, how many lenders would do that?
