Tim Aggas5This is our bank (credit union) of choice. Been with them since the early 2000s. A couple of loans in no time at all. They watch your accounts for possible fraud activities. The new system took a little time to get used to and now we can use it practically blindfolded. If you don't like something, find someplace else. We stay here because we are happy with the service.

Colleen Jones1They roll out this new website and I cannot access my account. I know computers but no matter what I try, nothing. Then I call for help and sat on hold for a long time and had to get back to work. So I go to my location after work and it's temporarily closed! So I'm trying another location and I've been here for 15 minutes and still no one is available to help. My credit card pym is late and I'll take a hit to credit and a fee!!?? I'm out. I'm paying it off and going to Huntington for new credit card as my score is very high

James Smith1The amount of mistakes made at this credit union are almost unbelievable. Motor City credit union was great...but not Christian Financial. I wish Christian Financial never would have taken over!!!!

LebaneseArabGirl1I have had the unfortunate displeasure of having to go into this credit union for my mom, to help her out. Both times i think I have been treated the worst out of any bank I have ever been to. They are horribly rude for no reason and it lasts the entire transaction. I will never return there, for any reason. For a "Christian" credit union, they represent anything but kindness. They are disgraceful.

desima ayala1Any time I call I am on hold for over 30 minutes. I am currently on my second hold after trying to do the call back option and was hung up on. The only time these people are actually prompt is the day after your payment is due. They call you as soon as possible asking where your payment is. I hate this credit union. I will never do anything here again.

Matthew Burns1I have banked with Motor City Credit Union for over 15 years. Once Christian Financial took over THEY MADE ME CLOSE ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS all because I earn income which i pay taxes on, from a LEGAL state regulated Michigan marijuana facility. Which I am the General Manager at, actually. Terrible terrible customer service ever since switching to Christian trash Financial. Diane I believe is her name is a witch. They could care less about your situation. They do not care about their members like Motor City Credit Union did before they were taken over. ALSO, please don’t say it’s because you are ‘following federal regulations’ I got on the phone with 4 other MAJOR banks and they all told me they would GLADLY take my hard earned money. This place is for the birds. Don’t waste your precious time.

Brian Coatney1Terrible customer service since being bought by Christian financial. The service in general has gone down tremendously since the first letter about the merger came out. The entire transition simply hasn't worked. Save yourself the head ache and go somewhere else. You will spend at least an hour trying to get someone to even pick up the phone if you need customer service. Once I finally get access to my money I will most likely be leaving this institution for something better. Update: went into the nearest branch after trying for 45 minutes on the phone. Lines out the door because of the merger. Turns out when you make everyone wait till the same day to activate and enroll in the new system, their servers couldn't handle it. The staff are great at the Garfield location. The automated machines are what's terrible.

Tony Deangelo4I have been with motor city CU for sometime now and I absolutely love their service over my other financial institution. They have great customer service and always willing to answer any and every question. They are proactive in offering solutions and other programs to help your current financial situation if needed. The only bad encounter I had was with a banker (sits in office) who gave me a hard time about getting a direct deposit slip. He kept asking me why I would need it and if I’m aware I requested one before (who gives a F) it’s my account I can request how many ever direct deposit enrollment I want! Outside of that experience I have never had a negative experience here. I have built a great rapport with some of the bankers! Great establishment!

Lisa Garriott1I have been a member for nine or ten years. They took out overdraft fees even though I had the money in the bank so much that they put me in the negative, they didn't even contact me to let me know. And when I got back into the positive, they did it again and again! The man I spoke to was unhelpful and condescending and rude. He said that he would have a manager contact me shortly and it's been hours, still no call. Hopefully when Christian Financial takes over, it'll feel like someone actually cares. UPDATE: They never bothered contacting me, it's been two days now. Wow.
